Shipping Terms
Domestic delivery (Germany) is free of charge for orders over €100!
In the case of a return, the buyer bears the return costs.
For reasons of liability, returns must always be sent with a tracking number and only to the address given on the return slip (Packstation).
If the package is returned to us because it cannot be delivered/ not picked up (branch/packing station), the buyer bears the costs of the new delivery and the return fee of € 4 incurred by DHL, and DHL in the event that a new delivery is refused -Return fee..
