Return Policy

You can return all items purchased from vacavaca.de. The process and the return address are listed on the enclosed return slip. You only bear the costs of the return. If you want to revoke your contract declaration:

You can declare your cancellation within 30 days of delivery simply by returning the goods.

Please ensure the following:

• All returned items are in perfect condition.
• Labels have not been removed.
• The return takes place in one shipment. So if you want to return several items, they must be sent back to vacavaca.de in a single shipment.
• The return is made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered.

We are only able to accept returns that meet all of the above conditions. Shipping costs in the event of a return will not be reimbursed.

refund of the purchase price

Please note that 10 to 14 days can pass between the receipt of your return and the refund of the purchase price. After we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the credit to be made.

If the recipient of the items specified in the order does not match the buyer of the goods, the amount debited will always be refunded to the buyer and card or account holder.

The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

RETURNS ONLY FROM THE RESPECTIVE DELIVERY COUNTRY

Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was sent to Germany, the return may only be initiated from Germany.
